Booking Procedure and Conditions 

You can telephone, email or write to enquire whether the dates and type of chalet you require are available. Then send a completed booking form with £100 deposit. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival must be accompanied by the full amount due.

Holidays commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure.

Holiday tenants agree to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. Damages or breakages must be made good or paid for before you leave.

The maximum number of people permitted to occupy a property is defined by the number of bed spaces available. The maximum number of people in any one chalet cannot be exceeded. Young single sex parties will not normally be allowed.

No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to the client, member of the party, their baggage, car or contents caused by war, riot, strike or similar social upheaval, adverse weather conditions, or for sickness, or loss or damage by a third party.

Cancellation by a client after a booking is made more than 6 weeks before arrival will mean forfeit of the £100 deposit. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival will render a client liable for the full holiday cost if we are unable to re-let.

Some chalets allow controlled pets, others do not. Please enquire at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet with you and make this clear on the booking form in the space provided. Pets must be pre-booked. There will be a charge for additional pets.

Some chalets do not allow smoking or pets, please ask at the time of booking if you prefer a non smoking, non pet chalet. (Dependant on availability).

Prices include all electricity used in the chalet and access to the estate facilities.

Prices do not include bed linen or towels - please bring your own.
