Where we are:    

 Neaum Crag is located close to Skelwith Bridge, roughly three miles by road west of Ambleside and two and a half miles south of Grasmere, at the entrance to Langdale. Langdale is the valley at the top of Lake Windermere which rises westwards to the central fells.

Although only walking distance to the nearest hotel and main road, the estate is not bound by any main throughfare, so the setting is secluded.

This setting provides a peaceful base for the family holiday in beautiful countryside, yet the estate, hidden as it is, does not intrude upon, nor detract from the surrounding scenery.

Some lovely walks can be made direct from Neaum Crag without recourse to the motor car.
